We usually ship out the next working day after order placed, it usually takes 2-5 working days depends on location and logistic.

If you would like to cancel your order, please drop us an email at nordicwares.com@gmail.com. Depending on your delivery status, we will confirm with you whether the cancellation can be made.
It’s highly unlikely, but if that does happen do send us email at nordicwares.com@gmail.com, we usually answers within hours during business day and will work with you for a solution.
To be eligible for refund, you should email us within 24 hours upon delivery, and subjected to a mandatory review and investigation process by our Customer Support team.
When filing for refund, kindly provide us with your order number, a few photos of the defective product, and reasons why are you requesting for a refund. The refund process will take 3-5 working days upon mutual agreement.
Our business operating hours are Monday – Friday 9AM – 6PM, Saturday 9AM – 1PM.
